Mission
To reinforce our sales team, we are recruiting a :
Product Manager (M/W)
(Permanent Contract - Daytime)
Reporting to the Vice President Sales Europe & Business Development Europe, the Product Manager will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing expectations and ensuring that the product is fully delivered on time and to the required quality.
Your mission will be to manage customer relationships, identify new growth opportunities and actively contribute to the development of sales strategies.
For this position, an excellent level of written and spoken English is required, enabling you to communicate with ease with an international clients and internal stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Customer Management :
- Be the main point of contact for customers, maintaining continuous communication to ensure that their needs are met and expectations managed.
- Interact with the company's various departments (Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production) to ensure that actions and plans are carried out in accordance with established costs, deadlines and procedures.
- Manage the processing of administrative formalities linked to sales and customer requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and product availability to respond effectively to customer needs.
Business Development :
- Identify risks, escalate, and facilitate resolution of manufacturing, supply chain, or quality issues that may adversely affect performance goal
- Collaborate with the marketing and communication department to support prospecting actions to optimize product visibility.
- Be a driving force by monitoring the competition and identifying emerging needs in the pharmaceutical sector, in order to contribute to the adaptation of our sales offer.
- Conduct active prospecting by seeking out and contacting new customers and partners via various channels (telephone calls, e-mails, trade shows, networking, etc.).
Profil
With 5 years' higher education in chemistry, pharmacy or business, you have a strong interest in business development and a good understanding of the challenges facing the pharmaceutical sector.
Your interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively will enable you to build solid relationships with a wide range of contacts, while maintaining a keen sense of customer service.
With a proactive mindset and a strong ability to propose solutions, you are capable of identifying areas for improvement and implementing concrete actions to maximize sales performance.
What's more, your interest in prospecting and market analysis enables you to remain curious and persevering, in order to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies in line with emerging trends and needs.
You have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, strategic planning systems, and risk management tools.
The position can be based in Dunkirk or Beuvry-la-Forêt, near Lille, and offers the possibility of 2 days' teleworking per week.
